It's bright, it's colourful, it's a Rainbow cake!

 Everybody needs a cheeky cake from time to time, so why not make some delicious rainbow cakes that are sure to brighten up your day. Surprisingly they're easy and quick to whip up so why not try it? They might be the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow.

~Caster Sugar (4oz)
~ 2 eggs
~ Self raising flour (6oz)
~ Cake cases
~ Red, Yellow, Green and Blue food colouring (1 tsp each)
~ Margarine (4oz)

1. Start by turning the oven up to 180 degrees so it can warm whilst you're baking.
2. Cream the margarine and caster sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, adding a little flour as you stir.
4. Split the mixture equally into six separate bowls then add die to each one. The purple and orange die are made by mixing colours (red and blue) and (red and yellow). 
5. Dollop the mixtures into the cake cases starting with purple and making your way up to red.
6. Stick them in the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
7. Leave until cool then place on a cooling rack.
8. Enjoy!
